ICL has worked to protect and restore the air you breathe, the water you drink, and the lands and wildlife you love for over 51 years. For over 40 of those years, ICL staff, board, members, and partners have gathered annually for Wild Idaho!, ICL’s annual conference that celebrates the work we do, the places that inspire us, and the people that make it all possible — our members.

This 3-day event is held on the shores of Redfish Lake, a place that many ICL members and Idahoans hold dear to their hearts. This gathering provides a unique opportunity to discuss our progress and accomplishments we’ve made together, as well as the challenges and work that lie ahead of us. Wild Idaho! is also a wonderful way to come together as a community to celebrate our work, honor each other, and enjoy each other’s company. It is the “Faces of ICL” that make this event, and organization, truly special.

From our guest speakers to our award winners to our members, we had a wonderful time celebrating a wild, rugged Gem State at Wild Idaho! 2024. The diversity of discussion and panel topics on this year’s Wild Idaho! agenda reflects the diversity of Idaho’s landscapes across the state, and the diversity of ICL’s work to protect them.

ICL’s Public Lands & Wildlife Director, John Robison leads an early morning wildlife outing to find, identify, and discuss wildlife tracks.

From our members and speakers to our staff, board, and the wonderful Redfish Lake Lodge team that supports the event, we are grateful for the opportunity to be together and celebrate as a community. We look forward to spreading the joy and camaraderie from Wild Idaho! throughout the state in the coming year. Please stay connected to us by seeing when we are in your area on our Events page, and thank you for being one of the many wonderful “Faces of ICL!”
