Andrea Banducci
Administration & Human Resources Manager
Andrea joined the ICL team in the Summer of 2023. Born and raised in Boise, she attended undergrad at the University of Puget Sound. Post college, Andrea moved to Minnesota where she had a variety of HR and recruiting positions before opening up her first Pure Barre fitness studio in St. Paul, MN in 2015. Although she spent 10 years out in Minnesota, Idaho has always been home to Andrea. Owning and operating her own businesses taught Andrea a lot, and she is excited to bring those experiences to the Administration & Human Resources Manager position at ICL.
Andrea’s favorite place in Idaho is without a doubt, McCall. You’ll find her up there most weekends: skiing at Brundage, swimming in the Payette, or rafting down the Cabarton.
